There are currently 59 raised beds that are rented on an annual basis by residents.  Additional space is available to add more boxes if demand increases.  The annual fee is $30 and residents may keep their box as long as they wish.  A waiting list is maintained for those wishing to rent a box that may be given up by a previous renter.  Typically, 10 to 12 boxes exchange hands each year.
